Focused Follow-up (30 minutes)
These sessions are great for focused work on 1-2 areas or maintenance treatment.
Includes soft tissue therapy, adjustments if needed, and home care recommendations or modifications.

Extended Follow-up (45 minutes)
These sessions are designed for treatment in multiple areas or for anyone wanting time to do rehabilitation exercises or discuss home care programs. These sessions can also be for anyone who just wants extra soft tissue work for optimal relief.
Treatment includes soft tissue therapy, adjustments if needed and home care recommendations or modifications.

Cupping therapy is used to release tension in the fascia and superficial muscle layers to decrease tightness, tension and pain.
Cupping is paired with manual soft tissue work for optimal results.

IASTM is the use of a metal tool that targets scar tissue and soft tissue adhesions. We use the FAKTR tool.

Diversified adjustments are manual adjustments where we use our body or hands and do controlled drops to assist with joint motion.

Drop table is a gentle and safe technique used to help shift the pelvis and release muscle tension around the pelvis.

Activator is a tool used to create controlled force adjustments. It is a very gentle tool and is great for individuals with contraindications to manual adjustments, older individuals, or anyone that prefers a gentle treatment.

Percussion is a tool that creates a vibrational force to help release stubborn muscle tension.

Personalized home care programs are produced to assist patients on doing active recovery between treatment sessions. They consist of a combination of stretching and corrective strengthening exercises around areas of imbalance (weakness or excessive tightness).

In office rehabilitation exercises can be integrated into sessions at request. Adding rehabilitation can enhance results and help patients feel more confident performing at home programs correctly.
