What makes you different?

Our approach to care is different than traditional chiropractic care. We prioritize soft tissue therapy first and utilize chiropractic adjustments second. We do not feel that chiropractic adjustments are necessary for all patients depending on their comfort, risk, and pre-existing conditions. We feel that intentional active rehabilitation between sessions is necessary as well.

Do you accept insurance?

We are not contracted with insurance companies currently and are considered “out of network” providers. We can provide Superbills after each session for you to submit to your insurance company for out of network coverage.

Will I get sore after treatment?

Soreness after treatment can be expected and typically lasts 1-3 days. It is also common and normal to not experience any soreness at all. It just depends on the individual.

Do I have to come weekly?

No, weekly treatment is not necessary for all patients. For those experiencing chronic pain, it is not uncommon to do weekly treatment, but as progress is made, treatment is spread out.
